There is no sense removing people who are not 100% active now that we know group points carry over.
We have reached a little over the half way point in the group so if we had 9 people gathering points in side groups, enough to total up to 2000, then in three days time I could cycle them in and we could reach the goal.

Well, if you're in another group then it's a few points a day vs a few points a day anyway. If you're not, then that's good reason to kick out T and add you in. What's the data on syrup making? Is there a best way to do it to maximize rolls?

It's exactly as the help says. The only thing it doesn't mention is that it rolls each increment of 20L separately, so putting in 200L gets you 10 randomly chosen grades of syrup.
So yeah, if you want to min-max, use a peach bun with the proper timing. Otherwise, you'll get everything at equal rate.

If it weren't for that, it wouldn't matter. I mean, putting in 40L 5 times vs 200L 1 time is the difference between it rolling 2 random syrup grades 5 times or 10 random syrup grades 1 time. You still get 10 randomly chosen bottles of syrup at the same rate either way.
Haven't done this in a while, but here's what's being added to the gacha. Pretty sure the bottom two rows get added first, and the top two later.
Remember, it's best to get an even spread of syrup types so you can use the 10x roll for 3 of each, which essentially gives you one roll free.

Looks like if you missed no stamina, you'd be able to finish 36 stages. Since you only get sap at the end of each stage, that's +360 sap, which then means +18 syrup. The extra stage, which starts after stage 30, is 9 hours a stage, which is about 2 drinks a stage. That means you get 10 extra sap for 2 drinks, or 1 extra syrup for 4 drinks. As you can see, it's pretty much negligible compared to the numbers you get at that point anyway.

I'm actually glad they moved early clears to achievements for AB. Less EBs to spend, and I don't recall the boost they gave to be really helpful at all. Think they usually were +1 gacha roll item, but in the end GKAB's events were still the most unfriendly for their unwillingless to give enough chances at getting all items in event gachas in comparison to ambition's other games.

So, next event:As mentioned, it's 2 connected events. Story is you need to help reindeers gather happy points to power Santa's magic warp drive. Sequel event is likely helping out Santa after you get his warp drive running.
Structure:
It's 3 minutes/stamina, 100 stamina base. Early clear is 22000 pts in 48 hrs.
Gimmick is multiple minigames in the stages. Currently 2 types (see below). Additionally, can meet friends and chance of sub-types activating significantly increased.
Each step grants happy points but it's negligible compared to points from minigames, so winning those is critical to rank high.
Stage completion grants xmas tickets for the gacha (initially enough for 10 rolls).
There's a daily gift which resets at 6 AM JST. First day not included as it started after. Seems to stack.
Lastly, there's a page to check reindeer help progress (see below).
Minigames:
Each is run by a different reindeer, 6 in all. Currently 2: cake-giving and fishing.
Cake giving: an NPC asks for a cake; you must give 1 of Shortcake, Mont Blanc, Gateau Chocolat, Ice Cream Cake, accordingly. 3 rounds, rewards likely success x 50 + 100
Fishing: Choose a hole once, small or large, and receive one batch of pond smelt of various sizes after waiting some turns. More turns = more fish. Small gives 10 points per, medium 80 points per, large 150 points per.
On the reindeer page, there are relevant values for each reindeer (cake/fish) that count down. No info on what happens at 0.

Additionally,according to the help, the sequel will not carry over ranks or happy points, and will have separate ranking rewards, achievement awards, early clear, event gacha and exchange items, and tie up gacha. However, it will carry over the reindeer minigames (with new minigames added) and xmas tickets, and it sounds like the reindeer accessories will have a tie-up effect.

They're most likely picking at random from the backlog, and semi-frequently they will be from the last few rather than old like AB. FD probably picks from old backlogs only.
