Fuuka not having someone die has nothing to do with how good or useful she is.
I like Fuuka because she offers a good contrast to the gloom and brood of the game, she is someone that doesn't have as much issues as others, but you don't need a thousand issues to be a good character.
Fuuka's arc is about gaining confidence and finding out what she really wants from her own life, she begins to understand herself thanks to her chat with Natsuki on the rooftop.
That goes along with the theme of the game, the priestess arcana is all about inner knowledge, and Fuuka plays her part well by showing how knowledge of oneself is necessary to live fully.
The fact that you ignore this and cross off anything that doesn't agree with you "deluded" makes me comfirm that you are simply biased, putting personal prefference over objectivity.
