Koza is mostly used with double Doffy and you can take hits for ages with the coffin boat so you should be fine. The bone will get outclassed when we get Momonga from the buster call so I wouldn't sweat it either.

Alvida and a number of others are very, very good. Special quality is usually better at the cost of a few turns slower max cooldown. Captains abilities are usually better than the base versions, but not better than most ideal RR/Raid leads.
