Can we talk about the longevity of this game? I don't think Nintendo or Niantic expected this game to be this big, if they want to keep the $ train rolling they will have to do so fast.
I have heard that the reason the game doesn't currently have a proper battle system is Nintendo didn't want a mobile game to compete with sun / moon. But now they may have no choice.
Trading won't do it, adding a Battle system would be great in addition to other things like breeding / skins for pokemon, NPC gyms to takeover etc.
Honestly I don't think I will be playing this 1 month from now with the current amount of content.
