This is just what I would do, but always remember do as you want because its your character afterall.
I'd start by changing the hair color to something more natural, in this case I'd say a brown and maybe green eyes to compliment it. Pick a matching eyebrow color, and then slim your eyes a little bit so they dont exactly have that anime look. Make your nose a little longer, maybe raise your cheek bones then keep playing with it to suit your taste.
Make sure your hands are the slimmest, make your calves thciker and thighs a little bigger.
