I can believe it. There's an area just to the left of where you fight Mordremoth which if you break out of the map which isn't hard has a coast line and all sorts of unused terrain, it looks really cool. I'd recommended go seeing it before it undoubtly becomes part of ls3.

In my experience, several people including myself would tell you that leveling for the first time is pretty enjoyable. Hitting 80 lets you access dungeons and fractals much sooner, and get better gear to map complete a little faster, disregarding that the zones are scaled. Up to you, that's just my input.
