So I just caught a Zubat at 245 CP, and I noticed it's closer to cap than my Zubat with 256 CP. They have the same attacks (Bite and Air Cutter) and the 256 one is an XS in weight and normal height, while the 245 one is normal in both.
Does lower weight and/or height mean better CP?

Transfer all the pokes you won't be able to evolve before you pop a lucky egg.
For the example above, Pidgey takes 12 candies to evolve. With 13 of them, you can actually evolve them all.
If you have 14, you could save the last Pidgey to evolve later when you transfer the 13 Pidgeottos after your lucky egg has run out instead of getting rid of it.

I can't hold down a gym for more than 20 minutes, nobody can here. Everything I take is bum rushed and in less than half an hour it's a level 3 gym filled with the same 3 pokes I killed and overthrew.
Also some glitch, when I fight in a gym I'll kill the first poke, then fit some reason my healthy pokemon will die and I'll get skipped over my next pokemon, essentially they got a 2 for 1 kill, the fuck?

My area's basically a big circle, so I found three spawn points so far. This one spot, though, is always absolutely crammed. If I do a lap around this building every 30-60 minutes, I'll always find around 6 pokemon. They're usually common stuff, but catching a ton of Pidgey and Weedle is obviously useful, albeit boring. Every once in a while I'll find something more interesting, something that I haven't seen before, or something that doesn't make sense for the area. The other two spots I found so far just had one Pokemon each. There's nothing special about the spot, either, obviously, not close to a stop or anything. I haven't found anything like that spot so far in the area around my house or my office.

That meter will stay the same upon evolving. The higher it is, the higher the evolve will be. It doesn't scale.
The only thing that scales with your level is the CP level's of pokemon you find.

I just want to know what strategies some of you are using in terms of WHEN to evolve and train your pokemon.
Mine has been to wait until I'm max level cap to capture the highest CP pokemon I can, and THEN evolve them and train them. Reason I do this is because an experience I had when I evolved a pidgey to a pidgeotto, and later on I caught a pidgey that's CP was higher than my pidgeotto.
At that point I felt it was pointless to evolve and waste candy/stardust until I hit level cap, but reading the pastebin I'm not so sure anymore, or maybe I'm reading it wrong.

My plan is to basically rip off Mock Locations (fake GPS path), but also include a bot to tap shit / capture Pokemon.
At the moment Mock Locations works great, you can draw routes on the map, and it smartly walks at your given speed/occasionally stops/turns at roads to emulate human movement, BUT it requires manual intervention to do shit (pause route, capture, etc). I'd like to fully automate that
