So I just caught a Zubat at 245 CP, and I noticed it's closer to cap than my Zubat with 256 CP. They have the same attacks (Bite and Air Cutter) and the 256 one is an XS in weight and normal height, while the 245 one is normal in both.
Does lower weight and/or height mean better CP?

Transfer all the pokes you won't be able to evolve before you pop a lucky egg.
For the example above, Pidgey takes 12 candies to evolve. With 13 of them, you can actually evolve them all.

I have a 5s and it's just as bad. It freezes during catching, GPS is wonky and says I'm like 10+ feet from where I am or just doesn't work. Sometimes graphics just don't show. Last night someone at my work told me there was a Bulbasaur in the parking lot, but I couldn't see the grass at all

Playing with an old Nexus 5, I was getting less than an hour of battery life off of a full charge, so I got a 20,000mah battery pack that I threw into a drawstring bag and I keep my phone plugged into that. Now I can pretty much play for as long as I like.

Also to all those people who think that someone could create overpowered pokemon: that's not how it works. The pokemon are all on the servers, you can't generate your own pokemon. That would be an entirely different kind of hack, nothing to do with gps spoofing.
