You need a full 6*/6* level 60 20/20/20/20 character to use the T2 ticket, but it pays for all the other materials you'd normally need.
So basically a basic T2 ticket is 150 bios, 300 normal norns, 800 anti-matter, and 1000 chaos norns.

How? It's not a MEGA T2 ticket. It covers the bios, norn stones, BAM and other resources that you'd usually pay to T2 someone.
Getting level 60, 20 gears and full mastery is separate, so that's what you need to achieve on your own.

There's Hot Time every day, twice a day, for accelerated EXP gain. Special Missions actually give good EXP now, too, and you can unlimited run them once a day for 30 minutes. You can probably get your Hulkbuster to high 50s at least and let him carry your team.

The only things are how awful most of the T2s are and how lackluster MODOK and Nebula's 6*s are. If Red Skull gets a HYDRA summon, Kingpin gets a HAND summon, and Ultron gets an Ultron drone summon, then I don't see why MODOK's 6* wouldn't be an AIM summon.

Get Daisy's S3 uni and max out her 3*. Max out Warwolf's 6*. Get your Iron Fist as strong as you can.

On the main home screen, there's a little speaker icon you can click and it will show announcements. It will show you when hot time will happen and how long its got left. If you stockpile your energy (daily quest rewards, GM gifts, weekly quests, daily energy refresh) for when hot times occur you should be able to get a really good experience session.
