Are any of the Game Gear/Master System Sonic games any good?
I had Sonic 2 and Sonic Drift 2 for the Game Gear as a kid, I never beat Sonic 2 for whatever reason and I can't remember all that much about it.

They're decent enough for 8-bit games. General rule of thumb is to play it on the Master System if a SMS version is available. You should only play them on the Game Gear if it's an actual GG exclusive.
