I think it should work. Double waver is really just a failsafe in case rng fuck you over and you can't charge up her NP fast enough or something. The defense buff also really helps for this event too. You can get 2 NPs out within the 3 turns the attack buffs are active for example.
I'm running battlesuit with Atlanta swapping in for one of the wavers for the extra quick buff on the first NP. The nice part about falling for the quick meme is that I had all of this already set up.

It's pretty simple, to be honest. Avoid unnecessary inputs. The specifics are simply a byproduct of following the rule. A few examples:
- No extra combos involving an NP
- Avoid generating >20 stars
- Chaining NPs is fine, but expect a crash if it's new
- Make sure back row servants' sprite on field have been downloaded beforehand.
- Don't use Minamoto because phone crashes far too frequently for some fucking reason.
A lot also involves waiting 1-2 seconds at certain intervals. It's not foolproof, but it definitely helped get things done. Now I only get on average 3 crashes per raid, and 2 per battle.

Euryale has effective attack of 16600 against Oni, does 2.5x damage against him with NP, has NP gauge up/down which stacks with Waver and Tamamo, and can essentially perma-stun him with two turn charm on NP plus her own charm, plus you have Waver for some more stun because fuck Oni.
There is also her Arts up.
On the flipside, it is kinda weak at killing Tamamo.
