Some people on MT are helpful and will take you to content, so it's not like its all bad. Overall you can probably get into a group as easily as CH but you have to put yourself out there, if you join Dump people will put themselves in you
Want=/=do may be confusing but it all boils down to Players that want to do content vs. how many are willing to start content groups
The ratio in Dump is pretty good but even we get people who complain about no content while never doing anything to help. On MT you get lots of people who go there for the content, but its /terag/ so it's a bunch of shy elin that don't want to make groups or have never been to the dungeons to have the experience to lead people, so there's a bit of a discrepancy.

ninja/gunner/brawler is easiest class and can go solo but these aren't the least popular classes
you can solo group content up until about level 60 or so, but at end game there's really no point in soloing dungeons by yourself
if you want to currently be hipster, go sorcerer now as they'll be getting a huge revamp in the future to become top dps but i am positive you can't solo group stuff with them now in the patch

Mystics are ok for soloing most of the game. They have thralls to help tank/do damage/heal and have motes if you're still running low on HP/MP. May take a bit longer to kill things with them, but they work.However, partying up may make you wish that you picked a DPS/tank instead.

If you want to play alone, gear up a warrior. Lot of footage of them doing endgame content solo. It's also unpopular so you can get your special snowflake status in too. Warning though: warrior is one of the highest skill classes in the game, so expect it to be tough to learn.

This game has decensor mods. The shorts you're looking at are actually panties, but the game developers censored them. There are mods to take away that censorship. 99% of cloth armor for elins is slutwear. Get decensor mods. They're in the OP mod link.

Can someone explain to me why people buys factory cabinet for 1500g, when imperator's treasure sells for 800g? Is there something rare in the factory cabinet?

It's either because the 1500g one is rarer, or because it gives more/rarer mats than the 800g one. Last patch had two lootboxes too. The more expensive one was more expensive because it came from a harder dungeon, dropped less often, and had harder to get materials. It's probably the same in this instance but I could be completely off base.

Oh, it could also have to do with loot rates. If the factory cabinet, which does admittedly come from an easier dungeon, drops needed mats at double the rate of the imperator treasure, then that could explain why it costs twice as much.

Only Instance and Battleground Matching is cross-server. And good luck IMSing anything for ilvl 409 dungeons since that'd be your only option on a dead server.

Oh, server choice is huge. At a glance, and certainly during the level process, it may not seem like much because all you're doing is instanced content and instance matchmaking is cross server. But when you reach the endgame and, say, you want to buy or sell some amazing equipment, if you're on a dead server you'll spend weeks even trying to find someone who's interested. It's the same for running dungeons. Highwatch has almost nobody interested in running hard mode content because their server's fucking dead and anyone with a decent understanding of the game moved to MT or TR.
A LOT of people tried to make highwatch work. It's not like they were just lazy and dipped out. But it just wasn't possible.

If you want ERP then you want to goto the server with people who are far more open minded.

If you want to do normal content then it really doesn't matter where you go because the instance match works cross server for both PVE and PVP.
If you want to do the really hard content that only a minority do anyway then you want to goto TR or MT because they are more likely to do shouts and build groups.

Ah, war would be okay for that then. Once you hit lv 20, farm bams till you get a set of savage/bitter/forceful crystals and learn to hug the bams back. Those crystals increase your crit damage from the back.

Fuck zerk, honestly. When I party with a mystic, my crit factor goes well over +300. And I still don't crit sometimes. That shit's laughable. I've hit 1.2 million as a non critical. Let that sink in for a minute. I can do everything completely right, and if I don't crit then it's all for nothing. Sometimes I'll use my critting brooch and still not crit. Multiple times in a row. Burn phase, buffs, cooldowns, all wasted because of RNG.
I've been giving this a lot of thought, and yeah, I know other classes have to deal with the crit issue too. But other classes have some modicum of survivability, or a debuff they can apply to the boss, something so that they're not a constant burden on their team should they have a string of bad luck. Slayer's got ways to hop around and avoid bad shit, their attacks are constant, and that allows their damage to be relatively consistent. Warriors have a debuff. Archers have a debuff. Sorcs are in a pretty shitty spot, but at least they've got fucking warp barrier. Zerk just gets to be this guy who's there, constantly losing HP from his drastically tiny pool of health, with two iframes on a shared cooldown, and if he doesn't crit then there's no fucking reason for him to be there at all. If he gets killed then it's even worse, because now the healer has to stop and res him instead of doing other things like restoring mana or keeping up debuffs. Literally all zerks have going for them is their burst damage. That's it. They can attack once every few seconds and if it's not a crit then it's a waste and you have to try again in another 3 seconds. If that one doesn't crit either, then you know you're really behind everyone else and the question arises: what are you contributing at all to your group's success? If that is at all important to you like it is for me, then you'll find yourself playing zerk less and less.
And that's just pve. Don't even get me started on how they ruined zerks in pvp.

Slayer's got a lot of strong skills that are slow as fuck unless you use them after certain other skills. I imagine once you get the chain combos down, it's not too bad. Just be warned. The leveling process is rough. It'll feel slow as molasses. People will tell you it gets better at 63 because you get a new skill to add to your rotation, and you'll have all these glyphs that give you a chance to remove the cooldown from your stronger skills for infinite chaining, but for me personally the way it felt never changed much. It's definitely a solid class though, and a good introduction to the game and its action combat style.

I don't even know anymore. At endgame you'll still get a lot of brawlers running around, and lancers recently got buffed. THAT SAID, my lancer (tank) gets instant queue pops every single time for all the endgame content, while my healers sometimes have to wait a bit. During the leveling process though, it's always healers getting instant queues because the leveling dungeons will actually omit the tank from the "class needed to start the dungeon" category, meaning you'll occasionally get parties of just four dps and a healer in order to get people in quicker. So if you're a tank during the level up process, and this happened to me while I was leveling, you could actually end up waiting a really long time since the system will just lump you in with all the DPS faggots. Or worse still, you'll end up in a party with 4 tanks and one healer because the system's retarded.
Is there anything I should know before I try Demokron Factory for the first time (with instance matching)? Is it easy to get carried there? haven't played for a while.

What class are you?
If you're a dps just try not to linger in the poison puddles during the first boss. At the second boss stay out of the big floor aoes during his "burn!" mechanic. At the last boss when he says "I will kill you all!" be prepared to dodge his lasers and when he says "burn" wait for his hands to slam the ground and then iframe the energy pulse that he expels outward. Nothing's even lethal in normal mode anymore and you can queue with two healers so it's piss easy.

Some old classes have really odd skills that serve no other purpose than making those more complex to play. I've played sorc to level 36 and slayer 20 something.
Sorc has this Overchannel skill that gives 25% damage boost on some skills. It lasts 20 second and also has 20 sec cooldown. Then there's Burst of Celerity that gives 25% attack speed for 15 sec with 25 sec CD.
Same with slayer basically, push some button every 20 sec to keep your mana up.
