DW just uses the fact that the game is fueled by a large franchise and its fanbase. Also the fact that FGO is not a complete autofest with reused assets from previous fate titles, like most of the companies like to make mobages based on anime/games.
If anyone's here to blame(aside from DW's incompetence) it's the fanbase who continues to prove that they can take any kind of shit just to be able to play using their favorite characters.
