You could start by condensing all the markers into a single macro that'll cycle upward through them for each target you mark
Personally I use this
/mk attack <mo>
And then just mouse over the aggro list whenever I pull, hitting the macro over each name. Efficient marking for the entire pull with one button, in about a half second's effort.

Crafting takes a long time, both to level and to actually craft something. If you're bringing someone a fuckload of materials to craft several high-level items, it's not uncommon to be looking at several hundred steps worth of crafting.
Time has value. It doesn't matter how much you personally tip; a vast majority don't tip at all or tip a few thousand on an item worth half a million or more. That time could be spent crafting and selling their own item which would yield far more return for their time investment or doing literally anything else at all. Omnicrafters, especially well-geared ones, aren't typically strapped for cash. I highly doubt any of them give a single fuck if you decide not to use their services due to your narcissistic personality deeming a common question an offense to your rich blood.
