They are all done in PvP. Most of the backlines not including the last Kiki (that one had a Bell on it for reflex buffing) was your staple WW backline. I could be wrong on a few since some of these are old screenshots.
If you don't know what that backline is, it's Magnus/Miho/Kiki/Silk.

Well, this is Lia with a reflex ace (simulated with two Milky stacks because I don't have her) + 80% worth of reflex totems, and Lia is on the low tier of reflexes for a 5* CM/assist. It can't be that hard to reach that reflex with Miho, Silk, stones, and the generally high base reflex.

Meiran and Linmay both have inspiring 2 (30%) which don't stack. Miho has another totem (25%). Linmay has no selfish totem for reflex. That is about it until you start getting into odd seldom used players.

A magnus/kiki/miho backline under a silk ace puts them closer to ~2500 reflex than 4k (kiki will go higher after meowing and the galaxy tier kiki usualy attack with 3100-3500 reflex using her active). Miho herself is lucky to break 1800.
Even adding victoria wouldn't push them to 4k, that is just silly.
In practical gameplay even my baltheon can still steal the ball from most top 100 WW backlines even if they are under a silk ace. People have this notion that every WW player is walking around at 3200 reflex now. That simply isn't true.
