Whats the status of the leaver-penalty for the winning team thing?
I've read in some places that its already implemented, and that if there is a leaver on the opposing team, and your team wins, you'd get the full rank points that you should have.
However, I just had a ranked game with just that. A leaver on the opposing team, and I got absolute shit for rank. So whats the deal?
