If you plan on playing it for the PvP then I'd definitely say no. People have gotten several months ahead in gear from you, the PvP is so gear dependent that theres no fun to be had for new players.
PvE is really just Farmville with prettier graphics, theres no competition there so if you are in it for that then it's fine.
If you don't believe me you can always ask on the forums for some gags.

45(??) for TRI gives you I think it's ~25?
And those are the caps for the bonus % that failstacks can give you for the given stage of enhancement. Having more than 25 stax for PRI-ing does no good, and some say it actually makes it less likely, though to me that seems like the dumbest fucking ideabut then it is BDO

The 7 day appearance change needs to be activated within 7 days. The awakened skill resets are definitely worth getting and you get 3 each day. The football dyes are also worth getting since you're going to be dropping 1 loyalty on things anyway. Get a skill reset if you need it. I'm not sure if the resets will disappear or not.
