But landing air shot and consistently bouncing grenades where you want them takes some serious practice.
The simple fact that Junkrat can consistently knock people up in the air is extremely useful considering it lets him kill anyone that isnt a tank with just a mine + airshot grenade if he can land the airshot, because of the huge amount of damage both attacks do.

You need to think more about game sense than raw number of players ressed.
If your tank dies while you defend point one, you generally want to rez him asap unless you see the enemy team focusing someone squishy (in which case you can expect two). You have a lot of time to read the situation before deciding to rez and that's important to using the ability correctly.
There isn't really an algorithm for it, it's mostly experience / gut instinct

The only counter to Zarya is an equal number of Zaryas. If the two Zaryas are good and coordinate, you're shit out of luck. I had double Zaryas carry my team a few days ago. Zenyatta's alt fire now acts as a personal shield while charging, negating all damage at the cost of available ammo (not including the 5 shots consumed by the attack itself. Shielding properties disappear when the attack is used or when ammo depletes, forcing a reload.
Zenyatta no longer triggers Junkrat traps.
Orb of Harmony lasts 5 seconds longer when out of LoS and heals slightly faster, though Orb of Discord remains the same.
