If you werent a top clan and landed and chipped someone you could bet your ass all there allies would chip you and that land so you had to play through a tourney just to fight the land holder and wait for the tourney on your land to end just to try and keep it. Not really. Evading torps before you even spot them is incredibly easy. And if you are really that worried about torps, there are captain skills and ship upgrades that let you spot them from a safer range.

Carriers are pretty similar to arty, in that they can bully nignogs from across the map with little repercussions (or use of WASD), but carriers in WOWS (last I played at least) are 100 times more fair than arty in WOT, mainly because you get fucking warnings when you`re being bullied by one, plus you can shoot down planes (can`t shoot down orbital laser cannons).

On NA I've been stuck on "spot and damage 3 arty" for months because the situations I can feasibly do that are so rare. To do the mission I need:
-3 arty minimum (1/10 games, if that, in lights)
-Few/no light teammates (otherwise they almost always yolo and spot an arty)
-Competent enemy arty that doesn't suicide
-Incompetent enemy team that leaves one flank open
-Incompetent friendly team that doesn't push open flank too hard (but competent enough to, you know, win)
-Friendly team/arty that doesn't kill enemy arty the second I spot them
and finally
-Enemy arty incompetent enough to stick together, rather than being on opposite sides of the map making mission impossible

There's a 5 pen AP difference now, it's stupid to use the L/70 on the 3001P or 3002D now. The 3601 is debatable since the waffe has railgun APCR pen and can easily frontally damage an IS-3.

Thats the way I was leaning. I initially rage sold the AT15 yonks ago because I was getting butt blasted in every match. I guess I will have to accept the fact its not going to be as got for its tier as the AT7.
i dont fucking get this shit
i bought the T110E5, did my ace within my first 10 games und had about 3k average damage after 30 games.
now, after about 60 games my average dmg has dropped to 2k and matchmaking has been fucking shit ever since.
its either 3x arty focussing me or funny purple med platoons on the enemy team making the game a 1-15.
i cant even hold a good position because everyone around me will die within minutes, leading to 5 or 6 tanks rushing me.

4005 aint worth - basically it has no upper hand against 183 except tiny bit of mobility. Same RoF, gun depression, etc. but for price fo paper armor
