So basically she has more Lck than Camilla and that's pretty much it. Her Def growth looks pretty bad though she does have the GK option to grab Luna and Armoured Blow.
So far Beruka honestly looks better just because Wyvern Lords are supposed to be physical tanky but Scarlet's defensive growths look very worrisome. Her only bad point is Spd and Str. The former can be fixed with Wary Fighter and the latter is honestly not too terrible. She can just be a slower, flying version of Rinkah.

Chapter 16 was supposed to be the training ground for Hinoka with her joining at level 17 unpromoted (those lukewarm bases ugh), being surrounded by Sorcs, and along side Ryouma who carries a Master Seal with him. Luckily mine got 2 perfect level ups in a row with the last one being fairly good (HP, Lck, Def, and Res). Promoted her to Falcon Knight for better bases then immediately Heart Seal'd into Spear Master. She is much better than Oboro honestly. Better Skl, Spd, Res, and Lck.
Ryouma himself is also 1 level away from learning Astra and he is also surrounded by Zerkers. LEL.

Why Lances for Camilla? She has the weapon rank for Axes. Charlotte can use Axes as a Hero too you know. Zerkers are not frontline units with their horrendous Skl, Lck, Def, and Res. Coupled with that negative dodge.
Blacksmith is the best choice for her actually (patches up her bulk and Skl while giving her higher Axe rank than Sword) but you can't get that in Conquest unless you marry her. In Rev you have that option along with Friendship Seal'ing her with Rinkah.

Well I don't find it beneficial to do so as she loses out 3 levels of stat boosts. Look at how that affects Camilla. 5 levels and despite having better growths she doesn't surpass Scarlet by much and even does a bit worse in some aspect.
And again, she is surrounded by Mages/Sorcs. Ryouma can take care of the Zerkers and Bow wielders, Scarlet can take care of the Knights. All she needs to do is safely killing those Mages/Sorcs until she hits 20. Hans doesn't move and only attacks from 2-range in one turn (lel) so she has plenty of opportunities to max out.

Those three levels aren't that important. On average, you might lose out on one stat in each point, maybe two. Hinoka is very frail even with the Guard Naginata on that chapter. Not only that, but her offense becomes incredible even when promoted and second sealed immediately. She shoots up from 14 strength to 20, 12 defense to 17, while still keeping respectable speed and resistance.

Mozu is decent for a combat unit for early Rev and Conquest if you need an Archer and things dead fast, though in no way is she efficient.
Odin I would argue that he makes for a better Hero than La'slow due to the fact that he's not fragile and though his strength is coinflippy, his speed is much better than La'slow by 5 points of growth to a coinflippy 50%. Not to mention the slightly better personal that Odin has(forge an Iron Sword/Katana and watch the crits fly) not to mention the Memedon access for Swordfaire and Vantage.
La'slow is probably the worst out of the Awakening Trio. Two classes that conflict with each other and growths that suggest that he needs a speedy class to be offensive or just straight up just use him as a Rallybot.

Conquest Hard Chapter 18, with the Kitsune that can make themselves unattackable. I actually got through it pretty well but fucked up at one spot and everything went to shit immediately because "lol, can't attack me silly boys" and then Elise got murdered because she sits on a horse.
