All skills are R3 except for Breakdowns (R2), Full Break (R1), Full Charge (R1), and Retaliate (R5). Soul breaks are SLG, Cloud default, Advance, Tailwind, and Flames Of Rebirth. RW was Shout.

Conjurer or Arcanist both become healer jobs, but Conjurer is the only one that is a healer until level 30 when jobs unlock.
Conjurer becomes White Mage, Arcanist becomes either Summoner or Scholar (the other healer).
At 50, I think after reaching expansion content, you can become Astro, which is another healer.

If we are talking about pure DMG SBs without utility, even including BSBs, if you can afford it, it is better to have a high honed LS so you build up 2-3 SB bars for the 1/3 hp of the boss where they get tough and just unleash all your DMG SBs in 2-3 turns to murder the boss as fast as possible.
The BSB commands are really good for beginners as they can substitute shitty hones, but when you can spend your orbs to hone LSs it is better overall to unleash BSB after BSB without even touching the commands.

4 LS hits + any smacks from the boss is good enough for 2 BSB uses. I've been doing it with Cecil. I would always refresh a BSB as the 4th BSB command at the latest just to get the burst mode damage buff on it too anyway

It's really not that hard but people are just slow to react to tells and being slow in that fight gets you killed. And some people never learned that once a tell is gone you can move into the attack and be fine so when shit was layered they spaz out. Now it's trivilalized by the power creep of the new 3.x gear though that a warrior can solo it

The best attackers all have innate dual wield or can use the ability to do so. Lightning and Luneth have dual wield as their last ability, gilgamesh and orlandu I believe can use it. Did you not read the explanation? Lightning has slightly better gear than Luneth, and both Lightning and Luneth have innate dual wield. So Light's better than Luneth, who in turn is better than Gilg/Orlandu.

Not at all, the rerolling is mostly just so you have good units in the future when the content is actually hard. BE is pretty stingy with Lapis so having the chance to get some nice units at the start is a good thing.

and no rerolling isn't necessary really, you could run through the game's main story easy with pretty much anything decent, everyone is just addicted to it right now because it's easy and with patience you can get yourself a really good start
