Well no one said that for every frame we make, Ordis snatches a random colonist to horribly modify and mutate. It would make more sense that warframes are made from a template of a genetically engineered human-esque being to be later controlled after being fitted with all the parts. Notice how when we craft parts of a frame it's only the chassis, helmet and systems that we make ourselves. Nah, all quests should be replayable, including Second Dream. I kinda missed some dialogue parts you hear throughout the mission and would like to go through it again to have a thorough listening on it. They could even modify it so you see your unmasked Operator when doing it the second time through.
