Up until Sora took KK back from Riku, that Keyblade was Riku's.
It belonged to Riku the entire time.

Favorite character, well that's a tough one. I like Organization Members the most, but between guys like Luxord, Xigbar, and Demyx it's hard to pick a clear winner.
My favorite game is actually Days, simply because you could play as all the Org Members and it had four player multiplayer missions. I still have no idea why the show never caught on stateside. Aside from the cheesy opening and closing credits theme songs the dub was decent enough, I used to stay up late every night the show was on Adult Swim just to watch it (along with Lupin the 3rd, those two were back to back for a while), even if it meant having to see that creepy "the dawn is your enemy" bumper every time immediately after the episode ends.
