Supports are either shit or they're fantastic and it honestly feels like there's no in-between. Symmetra is weird because she's BOTH, sometimes simultaneously.
Hanzo and Roadhog would instantly be about 40% less annoying if the hitboxes got fixed, but I'm not holding my breath on that one. Both can be reasonably outplayed, even if I personally am incapable of dealing with Streetpig's combos most of the time. I imagine Hanzo also gets more annoying the higher you get and the better players are playing him.

What are you talking about? Maps are a huge and underrated one and important to balance too. There's also game modes, something from TF2 that Overwatch actually should shamelessly steal. The problem with different loadouts is that they create cancerous upgrades and balance issues. On top of already balancing the base class. Blizzard just said they're going to make new heroes any time they want to add a new set of weapons and abilities. The difference between that and adding a new weapon is you can't mix and match shit released over the years to create a cancer kit that barely resembles the original class like Dr. Enforcicle.

Instead of resetting the overtime counter, being on the objective makes the timer tick in the opposite direction. So visiting the point for X seconds gives X more seconds of overtime to a maximum of 10.
This must be what blizz is testing now. It's the most obvious solution.

Zenyatta could use like 25 more health/shields/armor, any of that. He's way too vulnerable as it is, but any major amount would be game breaking due to discord orb.
