Leveling is painfully tedious because of how easy it is. There is literally no challenge leveling and you have to be AFK for a long time to even die while leveling now. I can't bring myself to level up alts and for whatever reason, they nerfed dungeon experience.

On Beta monks 1 shot people with Fists of Fury and heal themselves to full with Touch of Karma. It's really fun to play against and is super balanced. They also buffed it yesterday because it was so fun!

It's not a horde/alliance thing. I play both sides in my battlegroup so I know.
It's just that the atmosphere in these large, random raid groups like LFR, Ashran, AV tend to get toxic when things start going sour.
