BR was definitely one of my favorites, but I'd say RG was my most favorite. I also liked a lot of the classic dungeons but not necessarily enough to say they're favorites. One classic dungeon that stands out for me though is Balder's Temple. It was my first hard endgame dungeon at launch, since I wouldn't say Fane of Kaprima was too hard, the DPS race on the last boss was actually moderately tough at the time and the mechanic for your whole screen to turn dark the longer it took you to kill the boss (at a certain percentage) until you were effectively blind was so awesome. It was like playing in a nightmare, everyone's heart was racing as their screen got darker and darker and finally on my group's first boss of the kill the excitement was so high it was just amazing. So I have pretty good memories of that place, but I wouldn't say it was any better made than say MC, and I still think BR is my absolute favorite 5-man with RG being my absolute favorite out of any.

Later on you get fewer and fewer tanks that can't hold aggro, so even if an occasional dps pulls aggro for a moment, you shouldn't have much trouble with aggro.
If you do, you can just focus on using aoe heals instead of focus heals, since those pull less aggro.

I *never* saw brawler lose aggro while they where highest-dps class. Now they constantly lose aggro to dps, especially ninjas, gunners.
Most brawlers don't use aggro crystals/accessories bcause they never needed those before.

It's not easy to carry team of shitters with healer < level 65. Your healing power is low until you get all level 65 glyphs & gear.
Is there a DPS class that isn't hard to learn for new players? Zerk seems to fit the bill, but it looks really slow.
Also is the general strategy for DPS in this game

That's what I was telling people. I could do without the 2nd boss in there, but Fulminar was awesome, not only does the whole instance look great and his room alone is like one of the coolest dungeon rooms in the game, right up there with the Plexus, but so many things on HM fulminar could kill you even after BR got nerfs. Before the nerfs, even NM could kill people easily enough, but in HM you had to memorize the safe zones for pizzas and if not they'd 1 shot you, cage was 1 shot, annihilation or whatever was a good DPS race, his general attacks were very threatening and he had that one circle that would pull you in and give you a circle around you that damaged people, so if your group was stupid someone could just wipe the entire party. It was a great boss fight, even patches later it was still scaring some friends of mine.

They buffed priest offensive skills drastically my man, you can easily defend yourself and peel off the mobs on your own. I didn't have much trouble soloing leveling dungeons with my hot lancer bf, doing some damages myself.
That said, priest heals tend to pull a lot of aggro during leveling dungeons so it's best not to spam them unless theyre necessary. You could just put some dps crystals and help the retard dps yourself by rocking some damage.
Also, lancer and warrior shouts can sometimes be retarded and for some reason by not pulling the mobs correctly.

Leveling in general, no matter what you decide to do is super fucking easy now and if you're literally going to quit over not having another exp boost designed to quickly get people hooked with the game, then I don't know what to say.

What level are you and which server are you in? I'm a tank at golden labyrinth level and if you're in CH we can do stuff together.
That said, when you're around that level gaining aggro with heals is just a thing that happens sometimes, if your group is taking lots of hits and you have to heal them often. And since people are learning to play the game at level 42, of course they'll require heals a lot. I was in a golden labyrinth on my slayer where the priest would enter the room, heal a single person, and take aggro for the entire fight because instead of attacking the boss, the brawler hid behind her block and everyone else was fairly undergeared. In the second to last boss room, where there is a boss and his dog, he was chased by the dog for the entire fight while I followed him around hitting the dog with every chain combo I had; I still couldn't peel the thing off him. I just sat there with my mouth hanging open in complete disbelief, as every attempt I made to peel was undermined by the game's bizarre aggro system. Once I got an avatar weapon for that level range it stopped being an issue, but yeah.
Honestly I'd tell you it gets better later, but it doesn't. People play like shit all the way to the end. Golden Labyrinth is probably the worst dungeon for healers because it's long, it's a maze so people get lost, everything hits like a truck, and you really need a good tank or stuff just runs everywhere. And even with a good tank sometimes stuff still runs everywhere. Sky garden, the dungeon after labyrinth, has doors that close when someone enters the arena and starts the fight, so you get people locking out their healers. Ebon tower is full of fresh reapers who don't know how to play. Sabex and MC are pretty bad too if you're at the bare minimum level and everyone's shit. And level 65 IMS dungeoning as a priest is complete AIDS.

Leveling a healer sucks to be honest. Maining one is even worse. Probably one of the least rewarding roles in the game. If you like it, I mean if you genuinely enjoy it for some reason, then try to just ignore shit players until they start blaming their poor performance on you. When/if that happens, then feel free to lash out. Until then, keep doing your best with the group you have, and join a guild ASAP or you'll be in for a world of hurt at 65.

A lot of classes don't even come into their own until late in the game. Slayer feels super slow and clunky until 63. Zerks don't even get a dodge roll until past 60 or something, and they don't get a tank stance until 65, so don't expect them to play backup tank when the brawler dies in NT or something. Warriors have a lot of skills and are a pretty complex class, so most people get to 65 and fully gear it and still don't know how to play one. And even though tanking has become much easier than it was before brawlers ruined it, the new system rewards aggressive playing -- something a new player is less likely to do if he is hiding behind his shield for fear of getting hit. Hell, with the way the game matches up multiple tanks together, some brawlers don't even know they're a tank until they get to level 65 and people start kicking them from groups for attacking the back of the boss.

Speaking from a mystic main, boomerang pulse is a core skill, it's your second main heal. And learning to boomerang pulse well is hard to do at first since it feels really clunky until you understand it.

People who use it tend to be either elitist or just plain dicks and posting DPS meter without asking/knowing people are fine with it is a massive warning sign of being a complete arsehole. There are of course exceptions but in my experiences they tend to be the exception rather then the norm.
Also it tends to make people go full retard and ignore mechanics because of muh numbers and the feeling of being judged.

To most people it kinda ruins a run, since it shows how much you're "contributing" to a fight. So you have people completely ignoring mechanics in order to get to the top of the meter. In dungeons like FI or DFNM it's not much of a problem since all the bosses are tank and spanks, but in SSNM or SSHM completely ignoring mechanics like minions might cause a wipe. Then you have people arguing over things like " oh well i was doing the most DPS have someone else kill the minions".

SSHM has mechanics that trigger on the healer specifically when the healer is ressing. Imagine if the healer resses on top of all of you and then gets an aoe because of it. There's a few ways
1) You can buy the boxes yourself and hope you get lucky
This is NOT ideal because the boxes are designed for this type of thinking, you're more likely to spend more than its worth getting the costume. People who make profit off of doing this are doing it at a very, very high rate of opening so it evens out.
You CAN get lucky though, if you want to risk it, I don't recommend it.
2) Sell boxes/other EMP things
Doing this you can get more than EMP is worth but you have to be very patient and it would take probably at least a week to sell all of your stuff, sometimes more, and if what you sell suddenly depreciates in value you can lose gold doing it.
3) Just sell the EMP
This is the safest way but it means you'll be paying the exact price of the costume, for better or worse.
Simply either advertise you want to sell EMP or wait until you see someone buying EMP. Keep an eye out for the going rate on your server. You might want to make sure you know before you buy so you know how much you'll need for the costume you want. When you find a buyer, they just tell you what you want, verify with them before purchasing the items, then trade them for the gold they offered.
As a tidbit, CH's going rate for EMP is 1:35 on average but it goes up to 1:40 if you're patient enough to find a buyer for that rate. For $100 that's either 420,000 gold at 1:35 OR 480,000 gold at 1:40.
