For Skyrim it got more or less successful, the author from last I heard got quest syncing working along with the rest of the stuff needed for it to be viable, its just that very few people are willing to set up servers for playthroughs to really utilize it with specific modlists

I use Lore-Friendly Hair for his hair textures and XCE for his skin. XCE was the only skin texture mods that I liked with the ENB. Body mesh is basically vanilla, just replaced his underwear. His brows and beard are vanilla since I rarely do close ups of them.

Neck seams were one of the reasons I went with XCE, XCE doesnt get them. For me atleast, its a really old skin texture mod but I enjoy it. Sadly XCE doesnt have high poly feet for male, and the only mod I found that adds them will either have fucked up texture or seams if it overweites XCE. There are better people to ask about husbandos though.
