Well yeah, I'm just saying her eight skill slots are all for -dynes plus Mahamaon Mamudoon mind charge and megidolaon, making her universally excellent.
As a side note she also has an optional skill called "angelic grace" which doubles her evasion against everything, which is kinda amazing.

Not too much, as by that point you'll mostly stomp every random encounter and you can only learn it in time for the final boss and Margaret. It is a little useful in that Margaret fight though, when she's geared for a mind-charge + megidolaon combo on your party.
Actually I generall advise bringing Naoto to that fight anyway because Margaret targets weaknesses and she's the only party member who has none.

The P2 games certainly, but fair warning: they're old-school JRPGs, which means encounter rates through the roof (can be mitigated with clean salt, disguise kits and Estoma, a skill that several personas learn). It also means grinding, since you have to level your personas to rank 8 AND you have to negotiate for tarot cards to summon new personas.
However, if you can take the old-school style, the games have a good plot, some wild shit and generally great characters.
My recommendation: P2ISP first, then P2EP.
