Vanilla Guide only tells you to follow the quests that have decent exp/time invested ratio.
It skips helluvalot of quests.
Just find a different area with same/lower level requirements. Green quests are great for leveling because the shorter time you spend killing mobs rewards you greatly for the less exp you get from finishing.

Yeah nah, most quests in the game are okay. You're not actually supposed to fall for the quest XP meme in the first place, some quests are only good because the mobs in the area of the quest are good for grinding, which is where you get the vast majority of your XP.
In fact maybe the biggest reason to quest is the quest rewards.
