Some people get one item suspiciously more often than another, despite them having supposedly the same drop chance. It is a good build.
Bodycount came from the Shadow Debt event and should be pretty cheap or available in one or two cache missions. It increases combo multiplier length, meaning you get more damage over time and it doesn't reset quickly.
With blood rush, you can switch out one of those crit chance mods instead, for an element or range mod.
