Yeah, EE means Extreme Evolution.
The skill build should be the same regardless. Also be sure to buy penguin matches and level your players.

Instead of trying to memorize or look up every skillset and stones for every player, it is better to understand what you want your player to do.
Rudiel for example is a tanky player that can deal a good amount of damage, so if you are using it at the backline, you want it to be tanky(hp, dr, and def), high steal damage and reflex.
So try to build it following these lines. For midline, more than being tanky, you want it to have high speed and reflex, so she can quickly bring the ball to the front.

You can also adjust what rank they are by going to formation, press directly underneath the formation tab ( should be attribute by default I think) and adjusting to see the numbers of stars .
