You can, though. What you CAN'T do is make it the most optimal team, but it's easy enough to run a functional team with her. There was already that video with her, Ferri, and I think Sophia? With sword synergy she deals excellent damage. The problem is that until Song or Berserker you won't be replacing Jeanne with her, and after Song you won't be running her over Song, assuming you want only the most optimal of optimal.

Ferri seems odd to me because usually when someone is a creature of some kind they're dark, despite being good, cheerful people, like Vampy and Cerberus. So her being a ghost I'd have thought would land her in dark. Vira is easy though, she might have Chev, but she's literally rotten to the core with her fucked up attachment to Kat. Even Chev can't make that light.

It happens randomly and the odds are the same as regular gacha, except everything comes with a +1 attached to it. A lot of people value this more than legfest because you can feed your trash rolls into a weapon for stats, meaning that you're always getting something out of it.
I don't recommend waiting for it if you already have a team though.
