I'd give reasons for Corrin to stay on his/her path. Like revealing the awful history between the two nations, like genocides and the like. Reasons for why Hoshido and Nohr are warring at all. Adds some depth to the villians.
Plus, scrap the peacemaking thing. Make Corrin change to like war. Give him a pair. It would work great with the Conquest route.

In Chapter 12 Conquest, it says Defeat boss or escape in 16 turns. Does it mean I can either escape before the end of turn 16 OR defeat Ryoma but take however long I want? Or do I have to beat Ryoma within 16 turns?

It means you have sixteen turns to do either one. You have sixteen turns to escape, or you have sixteen turns to defeat Ryoma. You'll have to either pass by him or defeat him in any case, meaning you'll have to get to the other end of the map.

Subaki is the most boring character in Fates, literally no other character could be that unnoticeable. The only thing people know him as is that he's Caeldori's father.

It's easily doable if you work fast enough. By turn 8 a bunch of Apothecaries spawn at the bottom and work their way up, so they're sort of an indicator for you to finish the job quickly lest you be overwhelmed by them. Camilla's Lunge will help you advance through the map too, but be careful of the Apothecaries. Otherwise she's nearly impervious to the Ninjas, even with Poison Strike. And also, watch out for the Shrine Maidens. One used an Entrap Staff and it actually completely caught me out of left field and Kaze was almost in danger. Just be mindful of enemy ranges.
As for fighting Ryoma, I've had success using Effie to fight him. I tried using Camilla with the Dual Club but it still wasn't enough. The turn limit is a little lenient, I feel like I took a bit of time and yet by pic related I was still on turn 12 or 13 out of 16 so if I didn't finish it then, I would have definitely done so the next turn. I would've made it go longer but the Apothecaries caught up to me, so it was a do or die moment when fighting Ryoma. I had to finish the fight then and there.

In any case, yeah, turn counts are usually pretty lenient. Even in Ch 18 where you have a limit of 20 turns, I spent a good few of them just repositioning everyone to properly enter Zola's room and still had a few turns to spare.

Hinoka has better supports, some funny, some cute, some show a nice side of her genuine loving personality. Everything with Subaki is boring. Seriously. Nothing worth noting. Not even a single support. It's all about how he's so perfect, or striving to be perfect, like, what the fuck, really. Sakura promotion time. Poor girl has been healing her ass off these past 12 chapters. Abusing the bamboo traps in chapter 11 was a good idea. So should she go Priestess or Onmyouji?
I notice that Onmyouji has higher Skl growth but Priestess gets her Mikoto's outfit and better caps as well as growths. Plus there are more magic users than bow users in Rev (Hayato, Orochi, Leo, Nyx, Odin vs Takumi, Setsuna, Mozu, and Niles). Its skills also seem better.
Since this is Rev I actually give no fuck about excessive class changing. I plan to make her a Maid from holding hands with Elise to help her Skl growth. Plus Maid!Sakura and Onmyouji!Elise just sounds awesome. So will Priestess or Onmyouji benefit her more to eventually transition into Maid? I feel that Priestess gives her a fair amount of both Str and Mag, which will help her with the E-rank hidden weapon grind. Plus I'm using Orochi too and plan to make her an Onmyouji once she hits 20. Any suggestions?

That explains it. Rest assured, even without using the DV you should have more than enough time. Using the DV may seem simpler but favors more offensive play, which your units may or may not be able to handle. I usually try not to aggro a lot of enemies if they have a lot of different weapon types, at least not until you get Keaton who can fight them thanks to his neutrality to the WT.
I remember one time an anon kindly posted a picture of all the pots and their effects, but sadly, 230+ posts in, the thread got purged and so did the picture (I didn't save it since I just had it open in a tab). If anyone still has it, it'd be appreciated. That way, you'll know which poison pots to break (since you will have to break poison to advance).

Arthur is one of the more accurate axe users but foot-locked is inferior to mounted. He can be a great pair-up bot though.
Laslow can still be a rallybot but Selena does it better. And she can be combat viable as well too, with much more utility to boot. Slow and weak defense is not a good combination.
Nyx is pretty prone to gettinf RNG-fucked level ups. Can work out since she's your only fast Mage before Elise promotes.

I did it. Fighting Ryoma was not an option though, he was able to kill all of my units and had a 10% crit chance for a OHKO on Camilla (with Dual Club) and I didn't want to risk that for one level up.
The maps in Conquest are pretty good but also really hard in a way that is not frustrating. I love it.

I never understood the Nina meme desu. I've tried using her a few times in both Conquest and Revelation and she's been disappointing.
At base she only really has good speed and res going for her. Everything is pretty low. Her HP and defense are terrible, normally I'd let it slide for being a ranged unit but her strength isn't that great which leads to problems in killing. Even worse if the enemy can attack from range since she'll eat a lot of damage. She also has hit rate problems like her dad I've noticed.
I did Nyx!Nina in Conquest because I've heard some people say she's good with a shining bow. But I was let down. Her damage output with it is overestimated, trying to attack from 1 range with it is risky due to being even glassier in all 3 defensive stats thanks to Nyx. And Nyx made her skill stat even worse as well.
I did Setsuna!Nina in Rev. And while better than Conquest, she was still meh. Archer gainz and skills fixed her damage output and hit rates while still keeping her fast speed which was nice. But Azura!Kiragi was doing better than her and beat her in every stat except speed very slightly and res.

All Tacomeat has on her is 10 points of skill and 20 points of HP growth and the Jesus Yumi compared to 5 points in Strength and 15 points in speed and 10 points of Res growth in her favor. All Niles has objectively going for him is rare class access(Outlaw is the Oni of Nohr alongside Wyvern Rider) and a couple of utility skills from said class that would come to play for the LTC utility(move+1/pass).

Well, as a Mozumefag I totally do understand Nile's worth, mostly due to his Speed. Early on he's the most reliable unit who doubles, and 2x 8 damage from safety and possibly carrying attacks is better than many units.
The problem is his growth. He only gains speed and his strength growth is lukewarm, specially when coupled with the fact that his base is relatively low and unlike Mozu he won't get anything that boosts it. He also has skill problemsnaturally, since he only has one eye.
Mozu has a lot of speed too and makes up for power quickly with Quick Draw when she gets it.

She can cap her magic and luck as early as level 17, probably sooner if you're lucky. Reclassing her to a Witch when that happens is game breaking thanks to its absurd speed and magic bases and the fact that she's already decent in those stats, and her absurd luck also means you'll be getting a ton of tonics to fix up random people with.She should be switching back to Strategist after learning Warp, carrying over all those tome ranks. You could also try going Malig first for Savage Blow, so she can get in some residual damage even if she misses(which will happen sometimes with her shitty skill)
Odin has shit for magic, I made him a Grandmaster in Chapter 10 to get some early sword ranks in and it's consistently his lowest stat, roughly half his strength. Everything else is ridiculous on him though, so he's been able to soften shit like mages and archers with spells and then finish with a single sword hit with no chance of missing, Knights and Wyverns get doubled and go down to magic thanks to having even worse res than his magic. If you don't feel like getting the Grandmaster item he's garbage though, since his bases will be worse and he'll be stuck with E swords if you reclass to Samurai.

I actually kept her as a Villager for a while because of that, though he shouldn't be using Gamble unless you've put him through Hero for a few levels to build up skill(and grab Sol I guess). The only other way you're keeping him on the field safely is with Vanguard's skills and/or bases, and that requires doing a DLC map, though it's actually pretty easy to just squat the top and kill the rightmost boss with a small team, grinding out supports and gathering Heavy Blades for wimpy speedsters.
