You can just join a random raid (you have to be very quick to click the join button as soon as you refresh). Once inside, just pick a random friend summon and click ready. People don't mind you being useless but don't slow them down.

there's a 80% wind atk summon at mlb in casino
you get free wind buncles from pinboard and casino and moon shop (50% wind resist and wind damage up active)
the default grandcypher of crew boosts to wind atk
tiamat is the easiest magna boss to farm (free wind buncles help here too)
there are multiple wind magna weapons that have passive atk boost in both SR and SSR
meanwhile light's SSR drops from magna have considerable lower drop rate, and all SR from light magna have no passive atk boost so there's no middle point here which might make you feel being stuck in progression until a SSR with atk passive drop
So Rosamia is actually just a high maintence attacker pretending to be a tank
