BB for some reason likes to use the same illustrator for all forms of characters (B, E, EE), if the artist is unavailable to make an EE, they'll end up grabbing a different artist and redoing all forms.
The odd thing here is that Shanti and Sue were both drawn by Foxfoot, so maybe Shanti EE artwork was done awhile ago.
