I have, but only one has really stuck aside from her, which is the vampire I made back in Oblivion. Every other character I've made I didn't get attached to enough to do much with them. I always figured I'd just try to focus my efforts on trying to make at least one good character.
I'm called Alice actually because of my vampire character from Oblivion, which was my first one that I posted around here. Bryn is based off of an elf I made after I had been playing with Alice for a while, that was essentially very similar to Bryn. Freckles, red hair, blue eyes, big breasts.
Pic related was my recent attempt to recreate Alice. I would have kept at it but I feel obligated to finish Bryn's follower at the very least before I focus on anything else with Skyrim.

So I recently switched to using UUNP from CBBE. While I have the race menu sliders for UUNP installed via bodyslide, it seems that it takes a few eons for the UUNP sliders to show up in game. I can still fuck with other sliders, but I've had to wait 5 minutes for UUNP to show up.

Ada's only real battle was against a Forsworn horde looking to sack Rorikstead. Also there was like an entire legion behind him. He just sorta stayed in the back and shot arrows. Didn't like it either, but the legion basically drafted every able-bodied person in the village, as the Forsworn outnumbered them twice over. I remember I would install music mods for it in the past just fine with no issues. Now I get a music error if the game tries to play any file that's not the default shit, say if I have a higher quality morrowind title.mp3 it crashes on title screen.
I just reformated my computer for other reasons and it's still doing it and I haven't installed any codecs of any kind.

Are there any mods that do one or all of these things for all followers?
>make hostile NPCs kill them when they're able to, not just keep hitting them down into bleedout, so there's actually some risk they'll die
>to make the above viable because of the irredeemably shit AI of most followers and the multitude of dungeons where they bug out and get stuck in tunnels or run the wrong way etc. have some features set by hotkeys to:
>set them to non-aggressive, so they won't engage things that become hostile to you (also so followers higher level than the player don't steal every fucking kill early game with other mods used to delevel the world including followers)
>tell them to retreat, run, get out of the dungeon, or just even dismiss without having to enter dialogue
>follow again after waiting without having to engage dialogue, like the Inigo whistle
>finally, make more than just fucking Benor flee when they know they're out of their depth automatically
