Quartz isn't an issue, you can very likely fit EX soul or any other power boosting soul in one of the fodders to boost it.
App soul can work if you want absolute maximum atk affix, but really the 3PP is probably going to be more valuable than the 5atk is.
As for units, at the very least get hiei or ideal units. Preferably work towards Saiki or Kaiser units, which can be obtained from the gold Tokyo bonus quest, or in the case of Saiki from Gigur Gunne Gam/Gunne Ginna Gam.

Yeah, Mod is pretty great since it is 30 for every ATK type.
It's just how it is. You can still use Quartz on a fodder and gain the boost for Power + Spirita for the final affix.
App provides no PP and 3x Mod is 80%. If you can live without +12PP from having ult soul on every unit + weapon; go ahead. You can just use an App soul on a fodder if you want the bonus 10% for mod
Crafted Hiei (recolored version of Saiki) will do them well until they can get Saiki from either bonus keys while being SH level (55+) or from farming GGG.

I personally would not farm GGG the normal way either. I got a unit from him the first week of EP3, but I was incredibly lucky. Gold keys or triggers are your friend's best bet to get them to drop.

The entire point I was making is that you can get away with less HP and tanking in an MPA thanks to shit like Deband cut and whatever the Deband HP skill is called.
Also, the faster a boss dies, the less likely you might fuck up and get hit. The reason people who solo put a bit of HP on their characters is for the rare situation where they might fuck up, not because they expect to tank everything.

Orbit leg does fucking nothing for you unless you're using an orbit weapon. Even then you need to be using something like orbit TMGs where you're going to be using a single weapon for the majority of the time or else it's pretty useless.
Also I've said this a lot before, but if you're going to go Rear/Arm and Orbit Leg, Kaiser is a much better choice than Orbit is.

There is no kaiser leg. That's why I specified rear/arm. You get no set bonus from just the orbit leg alone, and you're going to craft saiki anyways, so HP or PP doesn't matter, a saiki set is going to be better than anything+orbit unit if not using an orbit weapon.

Not enough points to get every support thing in the techer tree without gimping your personal damage anymore I think?
I've mained techer since EP2 and just came back from a ~1.5 year break and not sure how to make my TE/BR work or it's skill tree work.
I like having good party buffs(I mainly spam nothing but zanverse and megiverse/resta/revive/shifta/deband in MPA's) but like being able to play in 4 person parties and solo/duo as well. I used to play TE/HU and just smack things with my wand + zondeel for mobbing, and sword for bossing.
I liked that at the start of ep3 they added attack advance which made sattk based techer a ton stronger, and it allowed you to actually do damaging techs as BR sub, something HU couldn't do.
However, now with the attack advance ring(is it 50% like attack advance?), can I just play TE/HU again? Or are my techs that much stronger than sword for bossing with BR sub?
I want to be able to have as strong offensive buffs as possible, not giving up any personal DPS or party DPS for defensive buffs, but traiting for defensive buffs when I have extra points to spare.
Would really appreciate some help. Thank you kind anons.

Your tree is alright on the TE side, but you should get rid of the average stance and katana skills and reduce rapid shoot down to 3 points in order to get rapid shoot mastery.
Te/Hu has a lot of problems with bossing and is absolute shit with offensive techs, but it can work out okay. Do note that attack advance and the attack advance ring don't work with anything other than the initial left click, X button attack strike of the wand. It does not work with the wand gear explosion that occurs afterword nor does it work on any techs or anything.

Yeah, most of Te/Br bossing involves rika preferably. However, a Te/Br just using normal techs off of a wand is going to be significantly stronger than a Te/Hu doing the same. Te/Hu bossing strategy normally involves using a Hu weapon.

PSO2 is not quite dead yet, but it sure is dying. Sega added a lot more cashgrab bs to the game recently because there was a significant drop in AC scratch (gacha for cosmetics) profits. They also cut back on quality assurance to save money and it's really noticeable (Nowadays, we have one gamebreaking bug with each major update). A lot of top players have stopped playing because they've gotten to a point in which they have the best gear and nothing will surpass what they are currently using, until we get 13* weapons and 12* units that is. Game has been casualized to hell too after the PS4 release, the new raid boss is impossible to fail and incredibly bland. The current state of the game has turned away a lot of english players, many of the people remaining are total cancer or are only here to make money off of RMT. This is actually the first time in which we aren't completing web panels and we probably won't because there isn't much reason to play. PSO2 is honestly in a really bad state right now and since the current director has his head up his own ass, it doesn't seem like it's gonna be getting better any time soon.

Might want to put 5 points in fury combo up and invest in partisan gear as well as automate+massive hunter instead of iron will.
The absolute best all class sword would likely be Coat Edge Ver. 2, which you can get a 30 ele of for 200 gold 2016 badges from Xie's shop or get as a drop from Goron Zoron in the current limited quest
Also attack advance ring is a 20% damage boost to normals, instead of the 50% the normal skill gives.

Whenever a game starts to cater to "new players" over "existing players" because they're greedy fucks and think if they get more potential customers it's more potential money, the game always starts to go downhill FAST and loses it's good players.

Dev team should be spent purely on keeping WHO YOU ALREADY HOOKED playing the game. I'm a shitter so this might be bad advice but sword needs Sacrifice Bite (level 1 is fine, photon drop shop I think), Rising Edge, Twister Fall, Guilty Break, and Over End. I use a lot of Nova Strike too.
I've used Partizans less, but I know people use Assault Buster for something. For bosses I think it's Vol Graptor > Slide End > some grab skill whose name I can't remember. Slide Shaker is pretty decent for killing a lot of little monsters, and customized Rising Flag is really nice for moving around and closing distance.

I really don't. Why don't they get that if they stop being greedy fucks trying to attract everyone, trying to make a quick buck, and instead make A GOOD GAME FOR A DEDICATED PLAYER BASE, they will make good, consistent money for decades?
Why do they think it's ok to attract people who will join, spend money, then quit? For a quick buck? Why do that when you can get a well invested player base of veterans and create an actually good game.
Video games are a form of art, you should want to create the best game you possible can, so decades from now people go "Yeah, that game was really fucking good and one of the best games ever!". Remember old SNES games? NES? PS2? PS1? Those consoles have tons of games that go down in history as "Best games ever".
Now? We get nothing but cash grabs trying to make money as quick as possible. These games will be long lost and forgotten and no one will give a fuck about them in 10 years, or hell, even in less than 5.
There's no respect for the form of art these developers are trying to create anymore. Art should be cherished and remembered, video games as well, but now they're no longer art. They're just a money tree.

If you use Sacrifice Bite on a target with super armor, such as bosses, then it will only absorb once. Holding it will not do anything but reuse the PA.
The power boost (1.2x multiplier) from the PA remains the same no matter how many times it absorbs. The only difference is how long it lasts; 1 time for 40 seconds, 2 times for 50 seconds and 3 times for 60 seconds.
