Hammer, while it has decent reach and a massive cone, is only 75 DPS.
Shield is perfect as it is, maybe could even be buffed with reduced regen while up if not under attack.
Charge is perfect as is, but Hog's hook should not be able to pull you out of it.
Fire Strike is pretty good as is too, but should be able to phase through small obstacles or ledges if it barely grazes them, for how huge of a projectile it is.

Fireblast is fine. The charge's primary feature is the mobility, so it would be better to increase the cooldown of the skill instead of hurting the mobility feature. The damage could stand to go down, though it's not as huge a problem.
The shield feels like it needs a nerf, but playing with it I feel like the only place it COULD be nerfed without having a huge problem is making it so that the HP of the shield starts decaying if you have it out for X amount of time and haven't taken any shots. The simpler option would be to make the shield regenerate slower, but that would probably render it really useless instead of just punishing shieldspam.

She has a hitscan laser that can't be deflected. Whenever he's in range you should be able to track and keep constant DPS on him.
