Nope, I think that was a different dof made by the same guy that did the original. If I recall correctly I found it always slightly blurred foreground objects, and it was noticeable enough that I stopped using it. Guess it never made it into my actual mod folder though.
Bokeh brightness and bokeh bias can do the same sort of thing in the current one. Turn up the bias a tiny bit regardless of the rest of the settings and things tend to get a little darker, and brightness goes without saying.

I have some armor that someone else made that has all the bodyslide files and shit, and I make sure all the groups I want are selected, but when I ctrl-click build and select ModOrganizer/mods/Bodyslide - Output, I get this shit.

I use a body mod at all because lord knows I don't need to explain Vanilla women look horrible. If there was a UNP version of CBBE's body shape, that was literally just CBBE with more polys, along with an underwear mesh so I don't have to get presented with unnecessary tits and ass, I might make the effort to switch. Oh yeah, I should mention it's a bloom value. There's a bunch of anamorphic lens flare related values in the enbbloom.fx window as well.
Length, blur, intensity, even direction (you can turn them to be vertically, pic related.)
But Windowlight is the core value you'll want to adjust to make a glowing object stronger.
