The new equipment system Arcane Symbol has been added.
Through content in the new area Arcane River, you can raise your character’s main stats and Arcane Force stat.
Arcane Force is required in the Arcane River area for various activities. If it is low, you will be disadvantaged but if it is high, you will receive benefits. (similar to Star Force)
You can get different kinds of Arcane Symbols in each of the Arcane River’s areas.
Currently, there are only two kinds: the Arcane Symbol and the Arcane Symbol: Road of Vanishing. In the future, you will be able to obtain the Arcane Symbol: Chu Chu Island and Arcane Symbol: City of Dreams.
Arcane Symbols can be equipped to increase your Arcane Force and main stat.

The real question is if the stats gained by Arcane Symbol are affected by %stat. If they are, someone with like 600-700% stat on a 20k flat bonus once it's fully upgraded is going to be getting like 140k-160k stat from just that, and 40k from his normal equipment. Then there's the 300% final damage on any skill once you max out its Enhancement cores. People are touching the low billions now with a ton of Oz rings; with all of this people will be doing over max meso damage per line.

Almost everything is viable, bar a few classes that weren't made in KMS rather other servers like JMS.
Beast Tamer is one of those shittier classes thats more of just a buff mule and doesn't really have much solo bossing power unless you're super funded.
Evan just got a revamp a week ago and is pretty dope. Aran was also included in this patch with its rework.
Robot-Rider? Mechanic is what I assume you're talking about. They're pretty cool and have a good mix fo mobbing and bossing, also has a good mix of utility and damage.
