Gw2 is for casuals and no casual content is out. Most players dont the only content being put out (raids) so they moved to play open world PvE elsewhere.

BnS and Tera both have something in common that Guild Wars 2 does not have - they have a constant stream of content. So does FFXIV. All three of thse generals are absolute shitholes, as are pretty much all MMO generals. But they have content. GW2 doesn't have bi-weekly content updates anymore.
