There will never be "DEMI-SERVANT 5* SHIROU", because that makes Archer stupidly redundant.

Its still an ability that he's just figured out the basics for thirty seconds ago at the end of the route. In terms of the reality marble he's taken his first step and become a lv1 towards mastering it. He can't even turn it on himself quite yet. However that's still sooner than Archer figured out that part. I think Nasu said it'll take another ten years after figuring out how to turn the RM on, before he fully masters it.
Also we have a lot of powerful characters in the franchise that aren't just servants for the hell of it. You can create a situation to name them a hero, but they're still not just a hero because they're strong. Even Archer was only a hero because he sold his soul rather than being legit.
