i am currently in low plat with the rest of the 98 percenters, and i was gold for the previous 2 seasons and silver the season before that. anecdotally, matchmaking has been pretty much the same random shit the whole time.
if you are in diamond and affected by solos vs stacks, i am sorry you are so good at the game. if you are literally below diamond, you get stacks +/-1 player on both teams 99% of the time and it's the same shit as getting randoms on both teams the seasons before. it literally does not affect your rate of climb. when i solo and there are 3-stacks on both teams idgaf what they do. i just play my game and they play theirs. the only thing i do is the same as always, ping out what i want and try to win.
