Depends what you're looking for.
If you want a game where you want to farm day in and day out running the same dungeon 100 times a day to maybe afford your next weapon upgrade. BNS is your thing
If you want to run the same dungeons 100 times over the course of 4 weeks to either farm for your VM or farm mats to sell for gold then Tera is for you
The two games have two entirely different gear progressions. BnS you upgrade the weapon you get from lvl 7 all the way till the end unless you want to go an expensive route. The game is really gold and grind heavy. Everything revolves around gold so you will never have a stockpile of it unless you're geared out.
In Tera its the standard, you run a dungeon for gear drops, you enchant that gear, but you can also go the bit more expensive route and craft the best gear using materials that drops in dungeons. Once you have decent gear you can just start farming gold till you get bored.
Both games lack endgame content, and Tera is only showing its light at the end of the tunnel in korea as im writing this message, but its coming.. BnS i personally only played for the story and have yet to actually finish it cus i cant be bothered to log back in to the game

Look in the first links pastebin for the Tera optimization guide. It will probably help out a lot ESPECIALLY for party/group combat situations.
Other than that, there's not much else you can do but to lower graphics if it continues to be a debilitating issue, but the optimization guide should make you only have to reduce your preset to 3 instead of 0.
