You need a specific set up of perks, one that only activates when you rescue someone and lasts for like 3 minutes but while you have that buff and the other perks, you absolutely 100% heal up without a medkit, faster than the killer takes to wipe his blade unless he has unrelenting

Yep, I didn't get to rank 1 by helping people. I got to rank 1 by stealthily repairing generators and then escaping. Whenever I unhook someone I end up taking their place, or they just get hooked half a minute later and I sped up their death and reduced the camping time, hurting everyone.

That's correct. The game should have been designed so that it would function with communication and teamwork and not collapse when more than one survivor has two brain cells to rub together.
Forget communication and friendship, take 4 survivors that know to spread out the generators, and know to only partially power them. They win. Period. The game is fundamentally poorly designed to the extent that it only works when you force it into a zero communication, strangers only mode while selling it as a multiplayer game full of thrills and fun stories, something people expect to be able to do with their friend.

Alright shitposters, I'll try to bring some constructive ideas into this mess of a discussion, since you are clearly incapable of it. (or capable but want to shitpost for the sake of shitposting)
Friendly lobbies are allowed, but you can't get more then 1 friend in them. If you want more friends with yourself, then play KYF.This way you still have somewhat disorganised survivors, a team that consists of 2 miniteams. Since survivors will be communicating with their buttbuddies in every game using Skype and whatnot, survivors get some serious nerhammer smacking. Progress on generators slowly degenerates to a certain threshold to prevent 99% finished generators scattered around the map. When survivor is on the hook he can't hear killer's heartbeat/music. His screen turns black, he sees only auras of other survivors, noises/exit alerts and his own health. This way you won't have survivors reporting killer's location 24/7. Having alternative gamemode could also make friend parties possible, but Im too lazy to think of one and I'll leave it to you "muh friend party" defenders.

So, how do you actually win as killer? It doesn't seem possible because the odds are so out of your favour.
Trapper is the only person I've had luck with but 80% of my traps go untouched no matter where I put it, they never fall for window traps unless I chase them into them which is never because they're gone by the time I find them.
They can unhook their friends as if it were nothing at all and If I leave them there then they always break free, if I try to put a trap under them someone will zip in and unhook them in 0.2 seconds before the trap is even up.
I had some fun with The Wraith, it's easy to find and mess with people using the meme bell but it also means that they are ready for you 100% of the time and you take forever to unclock so it's pretty much useless.
It's hard enough to catch people because I keep getting stuck with running perk players.
It's really disheartening losing every match and watching people exit camp to tease you.

You win by not being utter shit. Put traps in small chokepoints leading to generators or where survivors run to get away from you. One that never fails for me is to put one next to the pallet in the jukeshack. First few levels as killer are hell until you get some decent perks that at least let you stomp on survivors who aren't running self heal/sabotage/sprint memebuilds. Also, when you're putting a trap under a hook, just let go of right click if you hear someone running up. You'll cancel the trap animation and spring upright, usually in time to at least see where that wounded fuck from the hook is trying to run to.
