Use Calgara and Halloween Luffy instead of G3 and Capone. That 1.3 boost is useful and so is HLuffy boost if the colldown works out.
Hit perfects after Sabo special for that second turn boost, and the 6 turns should be more than enough.

There are other fortnights that are waaaaay better for doing this, notably afro luffy since you can not only get Usopp copies fairly consistently but you can get Luffy copies as well as an assortment of useful books.
Usopp raid is essentially a joke if you ask me, or for people who are incredibly desperate. Not worth it, and the table expresses that.

G3/Sabo captains are so comfy. No worries about changing targets for fodder levels or even hitting perfects, only one STR unit for the boss, crazy burst if you stall long enough.

I'd never call G3 a 'comfy' captain unless you already have most of your units high level, having had to use him for a large chunk of my earlier end while a lot of my guys we're low level he's annoying because your hp is usually so low you can't afford to be hit half the time.
I'd say Rayleigh is closer to the 'comfy' of that kind of captain, massive recovery give no fucks who you use, don't need to pay attention to perfects as long as you don't miss half the time.
Now I would call G3 'easy' because as long as your device doesn't randomly lag and you can time hits he'll get you past content you are under qualified as fuck for. Not very fun though.
