Finally got this shit installed. I notice the MEGA includes instructions on how to compile all DLC into one installer, but I don't think English was the author's native language because the writing was sloppy as it went on.
Does anyone know how to install all DLC with one downloader?

If it's your first time, just install them one at a time.
The idea behind making one large batch install was for back-up purposes. You'll need to make a new update list and manually populate it with the information from the individual lists while making sure you don't have duplicate files in the list that would conflict with one another. It's easy enough to do, just tedious.

Might be you missing some yo yogi files or a plugin messing something up.
Try removing plugins and replicating the error and see if you still get the error.
If not re add plugins one by one untill the error re appears. If that doesn't work try reinstalling DLCs and see any files are missing.

I don't think its a plugin. And even if it is, Im not sure where the plugins go if they don't go in the game folder itself.
The only folders in the game folder are crash data (Not sure how something that didn't work crashed) x64_data, x86_data, GameData, manual, and preset. Everything else is launchers and he uninstallers. And update.cfg/lst/ver, which I don't know what those do.
Also, on Windows 8 if that helps in the slightest

well, nothing is "completely" original nowadays, everything creative wise has at some point in our entire human history has been originally done first at some point earlier in time, or whatever that saying goes. When I originally made her in AA2, it was done from scratch from the default character model with no real references or anything. the name SHIKI popped in my head because I happened to remember it was the name of some other characters and that was that.

How do you install custom presets that come with a ModData folder?
Do I just add the preset file to the preset folder and then drop the ModData folder into the Mod folder? The ModData folder contains "Menu", "model", and "Texture"

You can keep the preset with the mod, in the Mod folder. It may in fact be a costume preset like you see with the normal KISS DLCs.

The .preset goes in the \preset folder.
The mod itself goes into \mod\<Name of choice>\GameData
I'm trying to use one of the Kongou mods (can't remember which) and whenever I try to get a maid to equip it, I get this:
