But she's not, as I said, because number tweaking fixes all these issues. Her shields should stay the same, just reduce her fucking damage and make getting to 100% charge harder but the decay on sub 50 charge slower.
Her ultimate is also not that strong, and can be countered. Zenyatta, Reinhardt, anybody who will fucking shoot at the enemy team while they are caught. Anybody with a movement skill can get out, too.
