I decided to play the game again after a year.
I did a full reinstall, HF patch and HEXA Hairpack+Clothing but my characters' low poly models don't show up, everyone is invisible.

Unfortunately no there isnt. People where asking about it during green week. It would be connected to a face and require some modding for the teeth. Doesn't seem too hard the problem would be is that it would take slots. And I don't know how meany people would use it as its sort of bound to one race like the elf ears taking up 30% of the slots.
As for the horn mods yeah there is a few of them in hexa oc. Look for them under the side hair and the hair extentions. There is also the mercy devil horns that where ported from overwatch. I think they look good may use them.
