They didn't decide to make it shit, what they are doing is running a business and after almost a year and the reaction to Da Vinci they knew exactly what was going to happen and planned for it.

Most of the backlash had not occurred by that point, people still had hope for Ibaraki until the end of the event, they couldn't have decided to throw this together to happen immediately based on the reception of the Ibaraki event from the first five days of the event. What's more, this event doesn't work as damage control, so that line of thought is also strange. Only way this event would work as damage control is if we got something good out of it enough to quell people. Yet we don't really get shit out of this one either.

This is because they are hyping up Ibaraki for a more profitable release later, like with Da Vinci. But, it's also obvious people would be more pissed about not getting Ibaraki because she was hyped more and the raid event is more expansive.
So they planned the next event sooner to smooth over projected angry responses. Stop thinking about DW in terms of a charity and start thinking about it as a business.

Stheno really needs an NP interlude. There's no need to change how it works, all they need to do is give her the Asterios treatment. A 1 turn severe defense reduction (40%) added on top to her previous 20% reduction for 3 turns would make it very good support NP.

Excalibur is equal to dragon's breath; it really doesn't make sense, Dragon breath shouldn't one-shot other dragons since they're used to fighting each other. Also certain other things it doesn't fit with.
The amount of buff it gets really doesn't fit what it was originally, especially now that we've fought dragons.
Liz has the same dragon core basically, same level of magic resistance, yet she's nothing special. Its not like Arthuria's dragon element was said to be the ultimate king dragon element.
