Just stared about three days ago and applied to Mobile Muggas, name MisterKingdom.
Is Loki as great as people say? He seems pretty squishy at rank 4 or does he shine later on at rank 6?

His 6* move creates 4 clones that do a shitload of damage and can't be targeted or killed. His 3* move is a shield that blocks 8 hits for 8 seconds. With both skills maxed out and a decent amount of skill cooldown, he's virtually untouchable. He's a prime example of a character that goes from mediocre at 5* to a god at 6*.

Got Ronan and Black Widow initially, just picked up Yondu on a whim. I absolutely love Ronan's, am kinda indifferent on Black Widows (the whole casual clothes thing is kinda lame but the improvements are definitely good), and haven't really tried out Yondu's yet.
Still, uni'd Ronan beats Proxima's in T/L better than anyone else for me, even my own Proxima. You can stun -> daze -> fear then right into guard breaking with the 6* right when she's out of fear, then if somehow still alive, just repeat. I put on a 2 second freeze proc too for absolute CC abuse. A really strong mind damage + guard break immunity gear on him with probably either damage boosting proc (for dps) or invulnerability (for survivability) and he could be a serious contender.

I know she's probably not the best combat out there but she'll be my first 6* and she's a qt and I want her to be a part of the team! Any advice on how I can set her up to help her flourish? For 1* gears, you can get generators (the grey/yellow ones) that increase lightning/cold/fire/mind/poison damage, boosters (the red ones) for crit rate/crit damage/dodge/ignore dodge/ recovery rate, and resisters (the round yellow ones) for resistance to various status effects like stun/snare/fear/web/movement speed.
In addition to the above, obelisks have a chance to have elemental resistances (fire/poison/lightning/mind/cold), Max HP, All Defense, Immune to Guard Break, and Defense Penetration. Naturally, if you find an obelisk in the wild with one of the non-resistance effects in the first slot, you should probably hang on to it, as there's otherwise no way to get one like that.

Don't see why not, it's got a higher recovery rate, plus dodge and a small physical shield, which are more useful to Silk than All Defense since you'll be keeping her hit-shield up all the time. Only reason to keep the old one would be if Silk's dodge is already at or close to 75%.

I'm curious about defense as a stat/build in this game since I never see it talked about or recommended. Is it actually possible to build a character around being super tanky/defensive? Usually the character needs some sort of self heal. Carnage is currently the king at self-healing so he's your best bet for "tanking" though I'm not sure about his defensive capabilities. Hyperion is also an option

Damn, I wash hoping for something where you just get your defenses so high that you simply eat all but the most devastating attacks without it hurting much (without relying on healing), Like proxima stunlock combos doing maybe 10% max life so you can just switch into the hard hitters when there's a good opening and then back to tank to run around and eat a few hits until there's another opening. I used to do WHO/Nico/filler but finally decided to master and gear up my Wasp and added her in, she's actually pretty good.
But for just WHO/Nico/filler I mainly would just use WHO for his jump and roll + iframes 6* and then switch to Nico, spam clones, move out of the way and spam the ranged skills

Personally, I think 2.2.0 was a genuinely good update. The only downside for me was that Hyperion is PAYWALL. Like I don't even care that much about the character or have an issue with dropping money on the game, but paywall = bad.
I've been playing pretty much since launch and only recently did I start to feel burned out. 2.2.0's changes to Dailies, Special missions and VS are HUGE time savers. Along with the new system for selling ISO-8 and combining cards.

Yeah, I've gotta say, the 2.2.0 update was the first update in MONTHS that I can call genuinely good. There's a couple odds-and-ends that I didn't like and the fact that Hyperion was paywall'd made me fucking furious, but that aside, all the QoL fixes were great, I like the unis, and Yondu and Ronan's 6* are really solid. Live BW kinda sucked, but by having it be relegated to BW instead of replacing T/L, it didn't really get in the way like live T/L. I'd still rather it be its own mode separate from everything, but as a replacement for one of the two BWs, it's acceptable. Glad it seems to have been taken out of the rotation though.
Fix:
Upping the chaotic nornstone drop rates back to how they were pre-nerf. Keeping BAM lower is fine with me since it makes it harder to get the Black Order characters and the less of those that are running around, the better, but the issue with chaotic nornstones is that, at BEST, you can get enough for one T2 advancement a month. And I can understand the appeal behind that to make them something you work towards like 6* used to be in the early days, but because the whales can just buy their way in, you've got this situation where the whales are getting a dozen T2s and regular players have to struggle just to get one or two.
Add:
We need more farmable characters. I don't even mind non-farmable characters because I'm sitting on like 3 mega-rank up tickets, but the issue is that a lot of players at this point have ran out of Story, Special, and Rift characters that they want to farm. We still need to farm those three modes for GUKs/Gold/Nornstones, Gears, and Cards/DD, but the bios now are explicitly just BO fodder. Adding a new set of story missions, special missions, and rifts will give more variety to our farming and finally give us some more characters to farm towards.
Also, MORE BLAST AND SPEED CHARACTERS. We haven't had a single new speed or blast character all year.

Oh, and add dimensional debris to the Item Shop. Fucking no one buys experience chips or the bios (seriously, exclusively farmable bios that can only be bought 1-3 at a time, and are grossly overpriced, fucking NO ONE would fall for that). Get rid of the bios and chips, or at least the bios, and add in DD to take their place. If you're gonna let us buy GUKs then might as well let us buy DD too.
Someone should collate all these improvements and post on Mobirum so CMSN can include it in one of his daily feedback reports
